Fees for legal services are arranged in accordance with Art. 22 (6) of the Act of July 6, 1982 on Legal Advisers (consolidated text Official Journal of 2002 No. 123, Item 1059, as amended).

Depending on a case and our clients’ wishes our fees can be arranged on a fixed fee basis or an hourly basis.

We can also handle matters on a success fee basis. In such a case we charge our clients with a percentage increase in addition to our costs arranged on a fixed fee basis or an hourly basis in the event of winning a case (a success fee).
